Village

WestRing’s #2 destination feature after the track, the Village attracts families and adds revenue. These small, charming buildings bring a European vacation feel and encourage family visits. The first building is the Cottage restrooms (3) detailed below built in Phase 2. The Clubhouse (1) and Pub are in Phase 3. Each building is planned and operated as a standalone asset with its own balance sheet. If demand dictates, additional buildings can be added for lease to operators, such as dining, repair or B&B.

Construction quality and finish resembles Old World structures.
