It’s all about you.

Communities we serve

You and your car, cycle or bike buddies can recreate safely off the public roads. Two miles of safe, controlled fun without the worry of accident or tickets - or just hang out at the field and enjoy the amenities.

Bike, Cycle and Auto Communities

Thousands of nonprofit car, cycle and bike community events have thrived in the Bay Area for decades. The constant search for local venues is a challenge for show organizers who must improvise with parking lots and school fields - never able to provide a quality visitor experience.

WestRing hosts these events at no charge - freeing up more of their cash proceeds for the charities they often sponsor. From EVs to collector cars to motorcycles and bikes, every wheeled hobby has a place here to build community.

Vintage and Collector shows

Automotive concours shows and events significantly boost local economies. For instance, the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance contributes over $65 million to the Monterey County economy. Similarly, the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance has a pronounced economic effect, with events like the RM Auction generating almost $50 million in sales, impacting local businesses and hospitality sectors. These events not only increase spending in sectors like retail and hospitality but also create jobs and promote tourism, which sustains economic benefits beyond the event duration.

The staffing plan for Phase 1 includes 9 positions in full-time, part-time, and weekend roles, such as a manager, marshals, event coordinators, and maintenance personnel. The venue's diverse revenue streams, such as road recreation fees, event hosting, and on-site concessions, are expected to support operational costs and stimulate further economic activity, potentially leading to more job opportunities and business growth within the county.
